+ Non-refundable deposit

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required in order to reserve your appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. This also applies to touch-up procedures. To be respectful of our clients, we wish to accurately provide the earliest appointment available. This is in consideration of our clients booking subsequently.

+ Cancellation and rescheduling

Please note that cancellation will result in a loss of deposit. If you need to postpone or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance of your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule once. If you fail to reschedule your appointment, a redeposit will be required for a future booking. The total deposit amount will be credited towards your procedure.

+ Late and no shows

We allow a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment for all permanent makeup services, 10 minute grace period for all other services. If you miss this window, we will have to reschedule as there will not be enough time to complete the procedure. Your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a redeposit.

+ Children and guests

Please no children. Guests are permitted but are not allowed in the procedure room.

+ Complimentary Perfection Session

All permanent makeup services come with a complimentary perfection session at 6-8 weeks post-procedure.

  • Rescheduling or canceling your complementary touchup 48 hours or less VOIDS your complimentary touchup session and will require a new non-refundable retainer for a new session.

  • If the service is a complementary service, all late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in the loss of your complementary service.

  • Client is allowed 1 (one) free reschedule (before 48 hour window)- with Unleashed by Lauren’s approval.

  • Complimentary Perfection Session is required to be booked at the studio.
